About Me

Hello! I’m Finn, I’m 67 years old, and I have a deep love for the open roads, the rich culture, and the free-spirited lifestyle of America. Born in Denmark, I have always been fascinated by the United States—the vast landscapes, the country western music, the endless highways, and the sense of adventure that seems to be woven into the very fabric of the country.

My passion for America truly came to life in 2011 when I took my family on an unforgettable road trip across several states. We explored the heart of the country, and I fell in love with the wide-open spaces and the welcoming spirit of the Midwest. The highlight of our journey was cruising down the iconic Route 66—a road that captures the essence of freedom and the pioneering spirit of America. That experience left an indelible mark on me, and ever since, I’ve been hooked!

Since that life-changing trip, I’ve embraced my love for all things American. I’ve even bought a classic American car that brings a touch of the old-school spirit to my everyday life, and I proudly sport a cowboy hat that makes me feel like I’m living the western dream.

This website is my tribute to that passion. It’s a place where I share my love for the American Midwest, country western culture, the history of the United States and the thrill of the open road.
